Each member of our speaking team is a veteran adolescent expert who has years of hands-on experience in both theory and practice working with teenagers and their families.

Chris Alston (D.Min., Fuller Theological Seminary) has been involved in youth ministry for 19 years serving God through the local church. After 16 years in Student Ministry, he is currently serving as Campus Pastor and Director of Leadership Development  at Clear Creek Community Church (http://www.clearcreek.org/) south of Houston, TX where he oversees a multi-campus church and development of emerging and existing leaders. As the director of the Leadership Development Program of Clear Creek Community Church, Chris coaches Church Planters, Staff, and emerging leaders. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Youth and Family Ministry with Fuller Texas (http://www.fuller.edu) Chris trains next generation leaders in Youth, Family and Culture and and has also been serving the last 14 years with the National Network of Youth Ministries (http://www.nnym.com/) as a network coordinator ministering to youth pastors and connecting youth workers together to reach their city. Chris is passionate about equipping adults and partnering with parents for effective ministry to teens. Chris and his wife Amy have  been married 18 years and have three daughters. Jeff Baxter (D.Min., Fuller Theological Seminary) has over 15 years of youth, young adult and family ministry experience. He has served in various positions and different size churches and a parachurch ministry. Dr. Baxter received his Bachelors degree from Hope College and his Master of Divinity from Columbia Biblical Seminary. Jeff has ministered in over thirteen countries and has been a featured speaker at various youth and family events including the Nathional Youth Workers Convention (NYWC). He is currently working at Foothills Bible Church (http://www.4fbc.org/) in Littleton, Colorado as the Pastor of Singles and Student Ministries. With his passion for the next generation to become mature followers of Jesus as they head into college, he wrote Following Jesus into College and Beyond (Zondervan). He is working on his second book in the area of "Intergenerational Youth Ministry" available in 2011 with Zondervan. He is also a freelance writer for Salem Publishing on (ChristianCollegeLink.com) and an affiliate faculty member at Colorado Christian University. He has been married to Laurie over fifteen years and they live in Littleton, Colorado with their three children, Lillian, Levi and Lara. David Fraze (D.Min., Fuller Theological seminary) is the Director of Student Ministries at Richland Hills Church of Christ (www.247-rhcc.org) in Fort Worth, Texas and has been a leader in youth ministry for over 18 years. David is a popular speaker at Youth Events, Public/Private School Events and Ministry Training seminars. He has been the host of a local TV segment, The Teenage Tightrope, which provided parents with thoughtful insight into the world of teenagers. David is a writer who has contributed articles for youthspecialties.com and ENGAGE, the quarterly journal of The Center for Parent/Youth Understanding, Youth Worker Journal, Journal of Student Ministries, and the Fuller Youth Institute. He serves on the board of Teen Lifeline (www.lifelivedbetter.org) an organization dedicated to reaching out to hurting teenagers and works with a unique program that brings together several North Texas school districts in a cooperative effort to prepare parents for the adolescent experience. Tim Galleher (M.Div., Fuller Theological Seminary) is Associate Pastor of Student Ministries at Saratoga Federated Church. For over thirty years he has been pastor, mentor, counselor, and coach to parents and students. His successful experience in this field has made him a specialist at advising parents on navigating the challenges of raising teenagers. His passion for collaborating with other churches, organizations and experts has made him a regional leader and resource in the Silicon Valley. In addition to working in the local church, Tim has experience with Young Life, YMCA, and other community organizations and has worked extensively with organizations supporting families raising children with physical disabilities. Tim and his wife Cara live in Saratoga, CA and have three children: Ryan, Raegan, and Brennan. Tim presents the ParenTeen and HURT seminars.

Wendell Loewen (D.Min., Fuller Theological Seminary) is an associate professor of Youth, Church and Culture at Tabor College. He received his Bachelor's degree from Fresno Pacific University and his M.Div. from Mennonite Bethren Biblical Seminary. He has been teaching at Tabor College in the areas of youth, church and culture since 1997. He’s been involved with youth ministry, at various levels for more than 20 years. Along with his teaching responsibilities at Tabor, Wendell serves part-time as the District Youth Minister of the Southern District Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches. Wendell and his wife Shelly live in Hillsboro, Kansas. They have three children: Taylor; Peyton; and Preston. Wendell presents the ParenTeen and HURT seminars.

Bill MacPhee (D.Min., Fuller Theological Seminary) has been serving as a pastor in student and family ministries in the local church for almost thirty years. He thoroughly enjoys empowering teams of student and adult volunteers to see their dreams for ministry become reality. Bill is the President of ParenTeen and is adjunct faculty at Fuller Theological Seminary teaching in the department of Youth, Family, and Culture. Bill is also a member of the speaker team with the Evangelical Covenant Church (http://www.covchurch.org/) where he is an ordained minister.  Bill has served on the pastoral staff at Peninsula Covenant Church in Redwood City, CA, at Hillcrest Covenant Church in Prairie Village, KS, and most recently at Rolling Hills Covenant Church in Rolling Hills Estates, CA. Bill and Cynthia have been married for over twenty-five years and together they parent two children: 23-year-old Conner, and 15-year-old Heather. Bill loves this season of life with  two kids traveling through the adolescent and young adult years. Bill enjoys camping, surfing, biking, and reading. Bill and Cynthia live in Torrance, California. Charles N. Neder (D.Min., Fuller Theological Seminary) has been involved with youth and family ministry for over 35 years as a leader, teacher, trainer, and pastor. Chuck has served as Associate Pastor of Education, Youth and Family at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Washington, DC; Dean of Students at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL; holder of the Sherrill Chair of Bible at the McCallie School, Chattanooga, TN; and was founding pastor of Hilton Head Community Church, Hilton Head, SC. He is the founder of both Fun in the Son and The Great Escape youth conferences, which together have been ministering to thousands of middle and high school students each summer for over twenty-five years. He also started Youth Worker Equipping Conferences, which seek to assist youth workers in personal growth and professional competence. These conferences are sponsored by Youth Conference Ministries (http://www.YCMhome.org/), where Dr. Neder serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Chuck is in constant demand as a speaker at parenting seminars, family conferences, men’s retreats, youth worker equipping events and for guest preaching. He and his wife Susan conduct Family Life seminars across the country. He has written numerous articles on youth ministry and his understanding of youth culture and development have made him a pioneer in the shaping of youth ministry in the 21st century. Jack Radcliffe (D.Min., Fuller Theological Seminary) is adjunct professor of Christian Education at Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, TN, is the transitional pastor for Christiana Presbyterian Church in Christiana, TN, a consultant with Youth Ministry Architects (http://www.ymarchitects.com/), and coach and teacher for the Center for Youth Ministry Training (http://www.cymt.org/). He has been in youth ministry for more than 21 years serving churches and teenagers in Ohio, Michigan, Massachusetts, and Tennessee. He is a graduate of Malone College in Canton , Ohio (B.
